Center for Pregnancy is too far away from me. Is there a pregnancy center in my area?

Pregnancy Decision Line can give you contact information for pregnancy centers in your area.

I don’t know what I will do if I am pregnant. What can you do to help me?

If you are unsure about being pregnant, we are here to support you! It can be difficult to navigate the emotions and stresses of an unplanned pregnancy, and we will help you in a loving, non-judgmental manner. We are dedicated to sharing up-to-date, accurate information with you so that you can make the best decision possible for you and your child. We will give you honest information about abortion, adoption, and parenting. If you are interested in adoption or parenting, we will give you referrals for adoption agencies or for our parenting education program.

What do I do if I don’t have insurance?

You do not need insurance to receive services at the Center, as all our services are free. When you come in for a pregnancy test, we can provide you with a Proof of Pregnancy form for your Medicaid application.

Do you offer free ultrasounds?

Yes, but our ultrasound appointments are limited. After receiving a positive pregnancy test at the Center, you will be placed on a waiting list and will be contacted if there is an appointment available.

I work full-time. Do you have evening or weekend hours?

Appointments are available in the evening hours on Tuesday and Thursday. We do not have weekend hours available. Please give us a call and we will find a time that is convenient for you. You can also check appointment availability online. To book your appointment go to our 'Book Online' page.

Do I have to have an appointment?

Although walk-ins are accepted, we encourage you to make an appointment to make sure there is availability when you come in. You can call us at (281) 482-5683 or go to our 'Book Online' page.

How long do I have to wait for my pregnancy test results?

You will receive the results on the same day, immediately after the pregnancy test is taken.

I don’t have much money. Is the pregnancy test expensive?

All of the Center for Pregnancy’s services are absolutely free, including our pregnancy tests. You will not be charged for any of our services or assistance.
